How Are Winners Chosen?
To start, what is a Consumer Satisfaction Award? Every year, top car dealerships in the United States and Canada are awarded the Consumer Satisfaction Award, an award focused on high customer service ratings. This award also works hand in hand with the Dealer of the Year Award.
In order to be considered for this award, dealerships must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the previous calendar year
- Must have an average 4-star overall rating (out of a maximum 5 stars)
- Must retain at least one positive review on DealerRater every quarter of the previous calendar year
- Must not have been blacklisted during the previous calendar year
Every year, this award is given to the top 10% U.S. franchise dealers and top U.S. and Canadian car dealerships based on their PowerScore.
