2020 Honda HR-V Review
Crossovers are among the most popular classes of vehicles in the Centennial, Aurora, and Denver areas right now, and for good reason. They are easy to drive, yet they feature far more interior space than the average sedan. While there are plenty to choose from among the subcompact selection, nothing stands out quite like the Honda HR-V.
Learn more about the HR-V, and discover if it’s right for you in our comprehensive 2020 Honda HR-V review.
2020 Honda HR-V Interior
Inside the 2020 Honda HR-V, you’ll find five comfortable seats that can be outfitted with high-quality leather. That’s just the beginning of the available luxury features, though.
The front seats can be heated, and the entire cabin can enjoy a one-touch power moonroof. There are also special benefits for the driver, including an automatic-dimming rearview mirror and an instrument panel that glows electric blue for easy visibility.
Furthermore, the 2nd-Row Magic Seat® makes carrying cargo easier than ever before. The seat can easily fold down, and you can choose between a 60/40 split. There are even different modes that you can engage for varying purposes. Utility mode features the maximum 58.8 cubic feet of space with all the back seats folded down, while Long mode folds the passenger-side front and rear seats down to make enough room to fit items that are eight feet long.

2020 HR-V Safety
Whether you plan on traveling alone or with friends and family, safety should always be your top priority when finding a new vehicle.
The HR-V comes standard with an entire suite of driver-assistance safety features. The Honda Sensing® suite includes state-of-the-art systems like Road Departure Mitigation, which can automatically turn you back onto the road or in your lane should you edge out of it improperly.
Honda Sensing® also comes with a Collision Mitigation Braking System™. This system constantly scans the area in front of you to search for imminent collisions. Should one be detected, you will receive an alert. Once the system determines that the collision is unavoidable, it will apply the brakes for you to mitigate damage as much as possible or potentially avoid the collision entirely.
Honda HR-V Technology
The integrated technology within the HR-V is state-of-the-art. You’ll notice it the second you step inside and see the infotainment system.
It features Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration in higher trim levels, which allows you to connect your smartphone to the car for convenient access to your favorite apps for music, calling, messaging, and navigation.
The infotainment system offers additional features aside from smartphone connectivity. In fact, the Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System™ can offer turn-by-turn directions to virtually anywhere in the country. There’s even voice recognition software included with it. Plus, you can enjoy a multi-angle rearview camera through your infotainment screen to make backing up safer and easier than ever before.
