Start Your Day with These Outstanding Aurora Area Breakfast Spots

Whether it’s sweet or savory that you prefer, you can rest assured that there’s a restaurant in the Aurora, CO, area with a menu to satisfy your cravings.

These three in particular really seem to blow the competition out of the water. Check them out next time your belly starts rumbling!

Denver Biscuit Co. | Connect on Facebook

The breakfast biscuit is a fairly simply creation, isn’t it? Buttery, flaky, and soft, it might seem like a standard side item. The Denver Biscuit Co. biscuits have fully earned their place at center-stage.

While it started out as a traveling Biscuit Bus, demand soon pushed owners Drew and Ashleigh to expand into a full restaurant. Soon enough, they had lines forming out the front door.

While these biscuits seem to melt in your mouth on their own, a bit of gravy can’t hurt. Their traditional Biscuits & Gravy, as a matter of fact, are delectable enough to put a bit of pep in your step for the rest of the day.

Sam’s No. 3 | Connect on Facebook

In a town like Aurora, you’ll find a diner around most corners. However, few have the longstanding and widespread reputation of Sam’s No. 3, which has been serving up breakfast since 1927.

A true retro diner, Sam’s No. 3 brings back the hospitality and all-around rock and roll vibe of the diners of old.

If you’re in the mood for a powerful breakfast cocktail, say a Bloody Mary or Mimosa, and a massive plate of eats, Sam’s has you covered. We’d have to recommend one of their famous specials, such as The #3 supreme breakfast burrito.

Three Little Griddles | Connect on Facebook

If you’re looking for a smaller breakfast nook to bring your family, then you might want to check out Three Little Griddles. Though it has only been open since 2014, this little restaurant has made a big impact in a short time.

Three Little Griddles is most well-known for the creativity used to build its menu. Some of our favorite items include their sweet and sugary pancakes and French toast.

The Elvis Toast in particular is a standout for us. Smothered in peanut butter and piled high with bacon, banana, and honey drizzle, it perfectly blends the sweet and the salty.
